Introduction to Masculine and Feminine Energies in Money
We’re going to talk about the masculine and the feminine energies when it comes to money today. This is a conversation that I have been so excited to have. So let’s dive in. This is the your Money, your Life podcast. I’m your host, Aimee Cerka, a money confidence coach for female entrepreneurs on the path to six figures.
What Masculine and Feminine Energies Mean
Welcome back to the your Money, your Life podcast. Today we are talking about the masculine and the feminine energetics. What does that mean when it comes to your money? And what do you actually need? This conversation has been one that I have been so excited to have.
Changes and Announcements
There’s been some things shifting going on behind the scenes. We’re actually going to talk a little bit about this, like the timing as we go. But today the Not Black Friday sale is officially live. Because this year I’ve decided that we’re not hosting a sale the week of Black Friday. Typically, you know, it opens the Monday before.
Why No Black Friday Sale
If you’ve been with us around for a little bit, it opens the Monday before Black Friday and it’s live until Cyber Monday. I decided this year that we’re not doing that. I wanted to be able to spend that time intentionally with my family, with my loved ones doing stuff for me as well, all of those things. So what we’re doing, we’re opening the sale now. We’re going to talk about it a little bit later, but I’ll make sure to include the link in the show notes to check it out.
Focus on Masculine and Feminine
Talking about the masculine and the feminine. Masculine goals. And we’re going to talk about this specifically in the lens of money, but really, it’s like all the things, right? Like money in your business, it’s all the things. But, okay, when the masculine is a lot, a lot of the work that I’ve done the last 10 years, there was so much of that.
What Are Masculine Energies
That’s the doing, right? That’s the budgeting. That’s the action that we need to take. That’s the income goals that I’m going to make a hundred thousand dollars by X. Okay? Like, those are masculine goals.
Feminine Energies and Trust
Obviously I’m a woman, right? But the energetics, masculine and feminine, is regardless of your gender. Like, we both have masculine and feminine energies, and that doesn’t mean it has nothing to do with gender. Okay? This is just the energetics of it and the action steps and the things that we do and the way that we operate, this is how this works, okay?
Masculine is Doing, Feminine is Being
Masculine is the doing, okay? So our budgeting, the step by step programs, the QuickBooks, the time management, productivity systems, the specific goal setting that we’re going to do X by Y, right? That’s all the masculine, the energetic. The feminine side is the energetics. It’s how you feel when you do the work, the trust that shows up.
Understanding Feminine Energies
Masculine is what you do, and the feminine is who you are while you do it. Okay? The biggest, I don’t know. It’s the biggest. One of the biggest things that we see within the feminine energetics is, okay, only two things, actually.
The Importance of Trust
The first one that I want to talk about is trust and being able to trust yourself that the work that you’re doing is enough. Right? Like, you hold all the pieces, you’ve got everything that you need. You’re. You take the action, right? The masculine side, we take that action. But we can trust that this is enough.
Aimee’s Podcast Interview
I had this conversation or part of this conversation a couple weeks ago on a podcast that I was being interviewed on. And yes, we’re going to continue to work, and we need that. We need to do take the action. We’re going to do those things. This is not about just, you know, like, sitting back on the couch, couch and like, just feed me grapes or peeling grapes and money’s gonna magically show up, right?
Doing the Work and Trusting
That’s not this type of manifestation. The Energetics is like, I’ve done the work. Hey, I had the podcast here, right? We’re on episode 180 right there’s. 179 other episodes on there. We’ve talked about offers, I’ve sent out emails, I’ve posted on social media. The trust is like, I did that work, and I know that there are people who are coming at some point, they’re waiting, they’re making the decision now that they’re ready to work with me.
Trusting Like the Sun
And it’s the same thing for you, right? The trust that, like, you know, we trust the sun’s gonna come up every day. Like, we just know that it’s gonna happen. And even if the time’s different, we don’t necessarily know the specific times. We don’t know exactly what it’s gonna look like. But you trust that that’s going to happen. So this is like where the energetics come in.
Working on Energetics and Masculine
Okay, so when we do this work, we do the energetic work, and we talked about, like, you know, the. The masculine. The step by step, it’s what we’re doing, right. And then it’s who we are while we’re doing this. But I want to make it clear, like, we’ve talked about, like, our money mindset before, money mindset stories, even, like, the money mindset. A lot of that is actually masculine still. Just clarifying that.
Handling Fears
But we talk about that these fears, these things will still come up, and that’s still going to happen regardless of what work that we do. We’ll talk here in a minute about, like, where. What I would focus on if I were you. So it’s not about, like, that fear never coming up again. You’re eradicating it.
Facing Fear with Courage
That, again, is that finite, concrete, masculine way of thinking, which isn’t really achievable because, you know, fear is natural. We’re having a human experience. Right. Fear is human, but it’s that it doesn’t define you. It doesn’t stop you when you work on that energetic side, the feminine energetics, you can hold that fear. You can walk alongside it. You have the courage to walk alongside it. That even though you have had that human experience of fear, you know you’re okay.
Balancing Your Work
We need to do the work, we still need to take the action. But it’s kind of like the bro marketing. So you know, like the song and dance that so much we’ve all have done at some point or was very popular. I know I did it at some point. Those things, the bro marketing, the push marketing, the pain point marketing.
Avoiding Burnout
It’s almost like a facade, right? We’re doing the steps, we’re doing the things. I’m doing what I need to. I’m hosting the summit, I’m hosting the bundle, I’m making this offer. But how you’re feeling in the moment is not aligned. Maybe you’re not aligned with the offer. Maybe you’re just not in your personal power right now.
Facing Challenges and Emotions
Maybe you are feeling the fear and not able to have the courage right now to walk alongside it. Maybe you’re just in it. And there are times, okay, first of all, like, it’s always okay, but there are times, like where you can sit in that and there’s skills that we utilize to be able to feel those emotions because they are valid without making them mean something. It’s when we assign the meaning to it.

Taking the action. And there’s nothing wrong with that, right? Like we need to take that action. That is something that we still need to do. Those are so important skills. But we need the other part as well. And that makes such a big difference. Such a big difference.
