Hey there, how are you doing, we’re starting out with the guest trainer with us today and this Brooklynn, which is kind of indicative and funny because I decided today that I would kind of share what I do, when all craziness breaks loose for lack of a better word. When the kids are acting crazy and stressful, or really just you’ve had a stressful day or you are a little like the weather has got you down like that an off day.

0:44
So, what is it that you do whenever you’re having an off day or the kids are going crazy to help you reset, get back to zero, reframe and either finish the day strong or if it’s the end of the day that way you start the next day off, refreshed and with a clean slate on a good standard.

1:16
Anyways, we’ve got three things today that I wanted to share with you that I do. So the first thing is putting on some music. So, dancing is scientifically shown to help with a specific part of the brain but it helps reframe your mindset. It helps adjust everything more to a positive mind frame, mindset. So just put on some music start dancing, you probably won’t feel like it at first, and I can definitely totally relate to that. But it will be so beneficial for you just to kind of start moving, you got to get moving.

1:59
The second thing that I do would be to go outside, get some sunshine. Vitamin D works wonders. You take the kids to the park that much better, hopefully, we’ll get some energy out and not be fussy and whiny or whatever it might be, but getting that vitamin D the sunshine if you can’t go outside maybe just open some windows by an open window. I try and do all of my journaling and everything in the morning, by up a window just because it’s so much nicer when you can absorb that vitamin D. And for those of you that live in the north, and cannot do that because it is cloudy overcast whatever it might be. I am so sorry. You gotta move, into the sunshine. I know personally, it does so many things for me to help.

3:00
And then lastly, real quick. The third thing is making a gratitude list so list the things that you are grateful for today, focusing on the positive and that gratitude list can be such a huge difference can help you reframe as well. On finding the positive despite, or in spite of all the difficult things that might be going on for you. Whatever your current situation, whether it’s a difficult timeframe or just a difficult day, whatever might be going on for you making that gratitude list really makes a big difference to help out.

3:35
Quick recap here.

  • Number one was to put on some music start dancing get moving. I always saying because I love to sing but I guess you don’t have to, just get moving.
  • Number two was getting outside get some vitamin D or sunshine, whatever it might be.
  • And then the third thing was to make a gratitude list, and those are my three tips to help you, or what I use hopefully it will help you as well when you’re having a bad day kids are going crazy whatever it might be, you’re feeling down to help you reframe reset and have a kick-ass day.

Hey there, I hope that you found that video helpful and valuable, and if so I definitely would love to give you this free gift that I’ve got it’s a 4 step process that I used to kickstart my day. I don’t know about you but I found that when I start the day off, and just kind of let things happen in that reactionary mode, you don’t get as much done because you’re in that defensive position and instead of kickstart in your day so that you can start off in the offensive this authentic position so you can take charge of your day. So I’d love to get your hands on this gift this 4 step process to kick start your day. but you can do is there’s going to be a depending on where you’re watching it, there’ll be a button darkly below this video that you can grab that or there will be a link in the description. You can also directly grab it at https://aimeecerka.com/104. Either way, go ahead and grab that can’t wait for you to get your hands on it, and we will see you later. Bye.
